Open Tourney? Yes Please!

I've been craving chocolate a lot lately. This is not good, especially since I have a ton of it from the Holidays. It's just sitting there, challenging my self control.
I transferred into an art class today. I've been debating about it for a while now. It's not that I don't enjoy drawing, it's just that I heard the teacher rarely gives out A's. We started out by drawing and shading a sphere. He said that I did a good job. I think I'm going to like art class.
The Red Cross came to my school today. I was going to donate blood since I'm now seventeen, but my mom wouldn't let me right before karate, so I never did.
Karate was really fun tonight. I got a really good workout. Master Lawrence told me that a parent complimented me on working hard. Michael, Jessica and I staid after and worked with Bobby on some extra curriculum. I love the people I work with!
I got invited to California to compete in an open tournament. I've never been to one before, but I really want to. If I can go, it will be toward the end of March. We'll also go to Disneyland.
When I got home, Hopper called me. We talked on the phone for almost two hours! Aside from Chloe, and possibly Bao, that is the longest I have ever talked to anyone on the phone. We played 20 questions. I learned a lot about Hopper. I learned that his dream home will have two sheds, one for his tools, and the other one will be for his wife. Haha! We also had some serious conversations. Hop is a funny kid. I'm glad we're friends.
